I am Dana DeLemos and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and other difficult life experiences. My approach is compassionate, collaborative and strengths-based. I enjoy helping clients better understand themselves and the patterns that may be holding them back while developing practical skills, building confidence, and creating meaningful change in their lives.
I take a person-centered, strengths-based approach, meeting you where you are while helping you identify patterns, build practical coping skills, and develop greater self-awareness. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with four years of experience. I completed my Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling at Kutztown University. I work with children, adolescents, and adults using evidence-based practices. I specialize in depression, anxiety, attachment disorders, psychosis, bipolar disorder, relationship issues, trauma, grief, and ADHD. I strive to establish a strong therapeutic relationship and create a safe, nonjudgmental environment that fosters trust and understanding. My goal is to empower clients with tools and strategies for meaningful change.
I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), and mindfulness-based approaches. I assist clients to build resilience, enhance problem-solving skills, and improve their overall well-being.
It takes considerable strength and resilience to acknowledge when we're struggling and need help. I'm committed to being present and providing guidance in a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your challenges and work toward positive change. I invite you to schedule a session.
