Truthfully, I really loved how easy it was to become a client but then find a therapist. I connected with mine right away, which made this whole process really simple.

I really appreciate Dzana’s patience. She listened to me and answered all of my questions regarding EMDR eye movement therapy, which I was completely unfamiliar with prior. Not only has it helped me reprocess traumatic events, but the positive cognition we worked on has become my instinctive response to triggers. I am much better now at identifying the feelings causing me anxiety and our sessions have genuinely improved my life!

Grade A experience. Took me a while to finally open up to going in for Therapy. As a male individual theres still sadly a stigma involved with it. But my provider helped me through some tough times, listening and offering excellent guidance through said times.

Dzana my therapist is amazing. We have been doing trauma work with flash and emdr therapies. I have spent over 50 yrs in therapy. Every session with dzana leaves me feeling productive supported and heard. I always feel better after our sessions and work hard during the week in-between sessions on dbt skills. I would appreciate a way to directly contact my therapist in-between sessions as I have called the main line to cancel within the time frame and my appointment was not canceled but it was rescheduled. I received a fee however I canceled well within the time fram.
