For more than 20 years, I have helped individuals and families navigate life's challenges by combining evidence-based approaches with genuine compassion, collaboration, and respect for their unique journey.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience. I have provided therapy across multiple settings to children, adolescents, adults and families using evidence based approaches to treat a wide range of concerns, including childhood disorders, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma and abuse, grief, self-esteem, chemical dependency and relationship/ family issues. I aim to provide a safe and supportive space where clients can implement solutions tailored to fit their needs and promote meaningful change.
