Constance Francis-Agalaba is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She is passionate about providing quality, empathetic, and comprehensive mental health care to adolescents and adults. As a PMHNP, Constance's role is multifaceted, such as medication manager, mental health advocate, therapist, and educator.

Constance started her career as a Home Health Aide. She worked her way up, earning the following degrees and certifications: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Essex County Vocational School for LPN in New Jersey; RN at Excelsior College in New York; and BSN at Clayton State University in Georgia. She finally went to Walden University, MN, where she obtained her Master of Science in Nursing degree, focusing on providing mental health care to individuals with mental health issues from different backgrounds. Constance has inborn ability and clinical skills acquired over her career which enables her to build a good rapport with clients and their families.
