I specialize in treating anxiety-related conditions—panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety, specific phobias, and ADHD—as well as adult autism spectrum disorder and depression.I earned my master's in counseling psychology from the University of North Texas and my Psy.D. in clinical psychology from Ryokan College. I'm also a diplomate of the Academy of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies, having completed the rigorous training and supervision required to earn that distinction.My approach to therapy is collaborative.
