She integrates art-making with evidence-based practices like cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy to support individuals in expressing emotions, building resilience, and reclaiming balance in their lives.

Hello, my name is Katrice Anderson, and I am a licensed mental health therapist with a master's degree. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges and discover their strengths in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment. I work with adults, adolescents, and children experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, self-esteem challenges, relationship difficulties, family conflict, and trauma-related issues. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of South Florida. I’ve served as a crisis counselor and grief counselor, helping children and adults process trauma and navigate life’s challenges. I often use cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy to guide clients toward meaningful growth and lasting change.
