I am a Licensed Mental Health Clinician, Addictions Counselor, and LCDC with over 18 years of experience in human services and counseling. As a proud Texan, I specialize in working with first responders and individuals struggling with substance use. Trained in Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM), I understand the reality of high-stress roles, repeated trauma exposure, and the expectations that come with them. My approach is straightforward, practical, and grounded in real life. I help clients sort through what they’ve seen, what they’ve carried, and how it’s showing up—whether that’s anger, stress, burnout, or substance use.

I work with teens and adults of all ages facing life's challenges and transitions, addiction and recovery, alcoholism, trauma, domestic violence, & grief. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from Bellevue University, utilizing evidence-based approaches, CBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, person-centered, and solution-focused therapy.

Amarachi Fapohunda is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals, children, and families through life’s challenges. She specializes in helping clients navigate issues related to self-esteem, anxiety, depression, workplace stress, grief, and relationship concerns. With a compassionate and empathetic approach, Amarachi partners with clients to create personalized plans that support their healing, growth, and transition from surviving to thriving.

Amarachi earned a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Missouri. She uses evidence-based approaches, including faith-based counseling when desired, to help clients identify their strengths, build resilience, and reach their goals. Her practice is grounded in honesty, transparency, and supportive care.

Amarachi believes every client can grow and heal with the right support. She seeks to create a warm and welcoming therapeutic environment where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered. Amarachi offers both in-person and virtual sessions, ensuring accessible care that meets clients where they are in their journey.

Abe Clabby is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who specializes in treating relationship issues, workaholism, trauma, codependency, depression, anxiety, autism, and attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Abe spent the last 6 years at the Love Is Respect hotline and the National Domestic Violence Hotline, where he has seen the best and the worst that family and relationships have to offer. He is the author of "Cool Off the Burnout: Feel Better at High-Pressure Jobs".

Abe completed his master's degree in Counseling at St. Edward's University, where he earned a 3.7 GPA and spent an extra semester taking courses in marriage and family therapy. In postgraduate training like the Gottman method, Abe found what some couples do that makes them thrive. There are things that help with a partner, but they also help with our parents, our jobs, and our friends. Abe uses motivational interviewing in a client-centered way, empowering people to change the narrative and find an existential purpose for what they do and using the tools of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to get around the obstacles where people feel stuck.

Abe works with a lot of good-hearted people. They're compassionate and want to do good in the world and to help people they love. Caring people can be taken for granted, taken advantage of, and even hurt and used. They can be left feeling empty, unfulfilled, and unloved. But with the right mindset, boundaries, and self-care, they can be respected, appreciated, and live a life that they're proud of. Abe helps people care for others and in turn, care for themselves. With therapy, people can troubleshoot their troubles in jobs and relationships. Everyone has more options than they realize.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 8 years of experience in the mental health field, including 4 years as an LPC Associate and 4 years as a fully licensed clinician. My background includes work in schools, inpatient and outpatient settings, and telehealth, which has given me the opportunity to support individuals and families through a wide range of challenges. I believe real change begins when you feel truly seen and supported, so I meet you with empathy, honesty, and practical tools to help you move forward.

I am passionate about supporting teens, adults, and couples in Texas reduce anxiety, manage stress, and build resilience. I offer a warm, direct, and honest approach focused on addressing symptoms such as chronic worry, emotional overwhelm, relationship stress, and difficulty setting boundaries using practical strategies. I also provide Christian faith-based counseling upon request.

I completed my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a 4.0 GPA over five years ago. I am also credentialed as a Master Certified Professional Coach (MCPC) and was previously Board Certified as a National Certified Counselor by the NBCC.
