Kristina Turner is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who has 16 years of experience in the mental health field. Kristina has worked in a variety of clinical settings including state hospitals treating chronic mental illnesses. She has experience in clinical outpatient settings focusing on the treatment of personality disorders and mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, as well as trauma. Kristina’s most recent experience is in helping others overcome addiction through medical detox, rehabilitation, and recovery-based group therapy.

Kristina completed her Master of Arts (MA) in Counseling Psychology at Bowie State University. Her great passion is to bring healing to people who are struggling with stress, depression, anxiety. I earned my ASN from Indiana University and completed my graduate studies there. I understand the importance of providing a safe and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard and understood. I believe in empowering you to take an active role in your treatment and tailoring care to each unique personality. I am committed to building rapport based on trust, open communication, empathy, and clinical expertise. 

As a registered nurse and nurse practitioner, I've learned listening and compassion are as important as treatment. My focus is on mood disorders, grief, insomnia, trauma, substance use, and chronic mental illness, using assessments and medication management. She has experience working with both youth and adults to support them in unique challenges that each stage of life presents.

Andi received her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Trevecca Nazarene University. As a horticultural therapist, Andi expertly weaves metaphor into her therapy sessions. Nicole completed her Master's in Social Work at Purdue University with a concentration in Children, Youth, and Families. She is certified in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy and uses a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, behavioral management, and motivational interviewing.

Winter also specializes in depression, anxiety, addictions, life stressors, and relationship issues. Her goal is to help others see their full potential and help them heal from their barriers in life. 

Winter has a Master's Degree in Professional Counseling and has worked in the Mental Health field for 15+ years. She has worked in the mental health field for 15+ years and in a variety of clinical settings: case management for the chronic mental ill; working with the DD population, IOP groups, and drug/alcohol education.
