I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 25 years of experience in the behavioral health field. I bring a compassionate, practical, and collaborative approach to therapy, specializing in helping adults navigate life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, and the lasting effects of trauma. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and focused on helping clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change.

I earned my Master’s in Counseling from Oakland University. I draw from evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and strengths-based therapy, while tailoring each session to the unique goals and pace of my clients.

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker with experience in community mental health, trauma treatment, and addiction recovery. I primarily work with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, relationship difficulties, and life stressors. Many of the people I work with are tired of simply surviving and want to better understand themselves, break unhealthy patterns, and build more fulfilling lives. I believe healing happens through genuine connection, and I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where lasting change can occur. 

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s needs. I utilize evidence-based practices including CBT, EMDR, ERP, and Internal Family Systems to help clients heal from trauma, manage anxiety and OCD, improve relationships, and develop healthier patterns that support lasting change.
