Hi, I'm Adrianna Garcia, MSW, LCSWA, in North Carolina with experience in behavioral health, healthcare, and community-based settings. Before becoming a therapist, I was a student-athlete, which gave me a personal understanding of pressure, discipline, balance, confidence, and resilience. I work with teens and adults who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, low motivation, or feeling overwhelmed and stuck. Many are looking for a safe and supportive space to talk, better ways to cope, and guidance as they work toward feeling more confident, balanced, and in control of their lives.

My approach is supportive, practical, and centered around you. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing to help you build coping skills and create realistic goals for change. Therapy with me is a comfortable, judgment-free space where we work at a pace that feels right for you.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you're already carrying a lot. My goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and comfortable throughout. I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis in Substance Use Disorders from Colorado Christian University. My experience includes interning at an opioid outpatient facility and I'm eager to bring that foundation into private practice. I work with adolescents and adults up to middle age and I'm interested in treating anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, developmental issues, and relationship concerns. I also offer faith-based counseling and help people find meaning and purpose. Everyone deserves a space to process what's hard, whether they're in crisis or just need someone to talk to.

Person-Centered Counseling guides how I build relationships with clients and reminds me that each person is unique. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to address faulty thinking and negative beliefs, Emotion-Focused Therapy when issues are emotional, and Attachment theory to explore how family relationships shape the way we see ourselves and the world.

Mental health challenges can be hard and lonely to walk through—I've been there myself, and I'm blessed to have come out of it. I want to help you on your journey. In our sessions, you'll be accepted as you are and free to move at your own pace. I won't push any approach on you; I want you to feel like you have a real say in the direction we go.

I am a licensed clinical social worker associate (LCSWA) with 10 years of experience in the mental health field. I work with adults and young adults navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use concerns, mood disorders, and major life transitions. I have experience supporting individuals with complex mental health diagnoses and am committed to providing compassionate, person-centered care that meets clients where they are.

I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Kentucky after completing my bachelor’s degree in psychology from Fayetteville State University. My clinical experience includes work in psychosocial rehabilitation and day treatment settings, where I utilized CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, psychodynamic, and person-centered approaches.

I believe meaningful change happens through collaboration, trust, and consistency. I strive to create a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can explore challenges, build coping skills, and work toward improved mental health and overall well-being. Sarah Olson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 15 years of experience helping infants, toddlers, children, teens, and adults who are faced with anxiety, depression, anger, poor coping skills, and family conflict issues. 

Sarah received her Master's degree in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University and is classically trained at the Master’s level in cognitive behavior therapy and solutions-focused therapy. She helps clients to explore behavior patterns that may have been caused by past events. Sarah believes that being honest about how you feel is the most effective way to move forward in getting to where you want to go in life.

Sarah likes to think that speaking with her is like speaking with a best friend that is able to really hear what you are experiencing. Expect every moment we are interacting to be all about you. Nothing is more important to her than making you feel truly heard.

Turiya Powell is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor committed to helping individuals ages 11 and up who are dealing with mental health issues including anxiety, depression, life stressors, and trauma. She has 11 years of experience supporting clients with personal growth and healthier coping strategies. With a background in individual and group counseling, including work in substance abuse treatment, Turiya guides others in overcoming challenges and achieving goals.

Turiya earned her Master’s in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. Her approach is built on trust, empathy, and collaboration, and she strives to create a space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.
