She completed her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Wheaton College,IL and received her Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fuller in Pasadena, California Whitney is passionate about helping her clients develop self awareness through the frameworks of attachment theory , psychodynamic theory, and cognitive behavioral theory. Her approach utilizes prioritizing practical steps to get relief including Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. Whitney has specialized training in couples treatment as a Level II Certified practitioner in Restoration Therapy.
