Lauren Ziegler

Lauren Ziegler is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania with over 10 years of experience providing exceptional care in private practice, community mental health, and inpatient/outpatient settings. Lauren offers a safe and compassionate environment to meet the needs of culturally diverse adults and adolescents with depression/anxiety, codependency, anger management, self-esteem, trauma, divorce, and other relationship issues. Lauren’s education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology from Pennsylvania State University and Master’s degrees in Social Work and Business Administration from Marywood University.

Lauren’s therapeutic orientation involves cognitive behavioral therapy while incorporating other effective approaches like strength-based, solution-focused brief (SFBT), person-centered, and attachment-based techniques, as well as motivational interviewing. She believes in evidence-based treatment modalities that foster sustainable change for her clients.
